Andrei CORNEA

Andrei Cornea teaches political philosophy at the University of Bucharest. He wrote several studies of classical and modern philosophy and he made extensive translations from the works of Platon, Aristotel, Plotin, Epicur. In recent years he has published several works of fiction. He writes weekly editorials for Revista 22 and Dilema veche. Throughout his career, he has received several literary and academic awards, the last one being the award for prose form the Romanian Writers’ Union in 2017.
